Florida's common law recognizes four branches of the tort of invasion of privacy. Florida recognizes each of the established privacy actions including misappropriation of plaintiff's likeness and portraying plaintiff in a false light. These are recognized causes of action in Florida. Gritzke v. M.R.A. Holding, LLC, 2003 U.S.Dist.Lexis 9307 [U.S.D.C. N.D. Fla. 2003]; Cason v. Baskin, 155 Fla. 198, 20 So.2d 243 (Fla. 1944); Forsberg v. Housing Auth. of Miami Beach, 455 So.2d 373, 376 (Fla. 1984).
