A showing of factual inaccuracies in a single report or inconsistencies between two files on one consumer may be adequate to prove lack of reasonable procedures of consumer reporting agency. Stewart v. The Credit Bureau, Inc., 734 F.2d 47, 52 (D.C. Cir. 1984); Morris v. Credit Bureau of Cincinnati, 563 F.Supp. 962 (U.S.D.C. S.D. Ohio 1983); Bryant v. TRW, Inc., 487 F.Supp. 1234 (U.S.D.C. Mich. 1980), affirmed, 689 F.2d 72 (6th Cir. 1982).
