Your Reputation is Presumed Good, By Law

Consumer is entitled to a jury instruction that his/her reputation is presumed to have been good at the time of the alleged FCRA violation, until contrary is proven. Rasor v. Retail Credit Co., 554 P.2d 1041 (Wash. 1976).
