HELP!! I got a Notice of Hearing - what is that?!

Postby HelpMe2006 » Mon Mar 13, 2006 7:31 pm

I wrote a letter to the BK judge that discharged my BK and asked her to clarify the discharge. An OC said that I still owed them money because their "bill" was "outside the BK".

I just wrote the judge asking her to clarify if this was in deed the case. Now I got a "NOTICE OF HEARING to consider the debtors letter construed as Motion for Violation of Discharge Injunction."

HELP! WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS?!

You need to show up and give the judge your letter and ask her to sanction the lender/OC. Your letter raises a complaint which, if true, would be a violation of the discharge order; right? Put your evidence on. Testify and introduce the letter they sent you.
