Trial court did not abuse its discretion in granting patient's motion in limine to exclude testimony of two of Patient Compensation Fund's (PCF's) medical experts for PCF's failure to timely deliver their expert reports to patient 70 days before trial on patient's claim for excess medical malpractice damages in accordance with trial court's scheduling order, given that PCF failed to show any reason why it was unable deliver the reports as required. LSA-C.C.P. art. 1551.
