Limiting Your Opponent to Admissible Facts


Plaintiff seeks to exclude any testimony or reference by defendant, defendant’s proposed expert, counsel for defendant or any other witness questioned by defendant’s counsel to opinions of defendant's expert or of defendant which are not supported by admissible facts. Guillory v. Domtar Indus. Inc., 95 F.3d 1320, 1331 [5th Cir. 1996].
