CARBON DIOXIDE INDUSTRY ANTITRUST LITIGATION, 155 F.R.D. 209 (M.D. Fla. 1993) that stands for the proposition that a limited data processing deposition may be called for when these issues surface: "[D]epositions to identify how data is maintained and to determine what hardware and software is necessary to access the information are preliminary depositions necessary to proceed with merits discovery".
