14 Q Do you know whether -- I mean, you indicated
15 that these documents that we are looking at track
16 certain transactions when Equifax is involved in
17 consumer disputes or in updating the files in their
18 dealings with consumers, correct?
19 A I'm sorry. I didn't understand your
20 question.
21 Q Well, the documents that we have, which are
22 the maintenance records, the EISC credit file dumps --
23 A Yes.
24 Q -- those documents track transactions on the
25 credit file that include consumer disputes and

1 reinvestigations, correct?
2 A Right. That is the purpose for those
3 documents or these documents, is to track the
4 transactions during a reinvestigation.
