PERSON WHO RECEIVED AND USED CARD IS LIABLE
:

Person who received credit card in her name, used card, and received billings for charge was liable to credit card issuer for balance. State Home Sav. Card Ctr. v. Pinks, 540 N.E.2d 338 (Ohio Mun. 1988). This is actually an aberrant decision extending the contractual liability, akin to Bank of Louisiana v. Berry.
