Credit bureau must clearly and accurately disclose, upon consumer's request or the request of a person authorized by consumer, the nature and substance of all information in its files which, in any way, concerns the consumer, the identities of the sources of the respective information, and the identities of all recipients of that information in the recent past; otherwise, credit bureau is liable to consumer for violating FCRA.
