10 Q And how long have you worked for the
11 company?
12 A 19 years.
13 Q And what is your current title?
14 A Consumer relations department manager.
15 Q What are your -- your basic day-to-day
16 duties with TransUnion?
17 A I oversee three teams of -- I oversee the
18 contact center department.
19 Q Is the contact center, is that a dispute
20 resolution center?
21 A Yes.
22 Q Do you all also handle the issuance of
23 consumer disclosures?
24 A Yes.

1 Q And do you also handle the issuance or
2 publication of subscriber version credit reports?
3 A No.
4 Q Do you have any training or experience in
5 terms of the publication of subscriber version
6 reports?
7 A Some.
8 Q So you're -- you are somewhat familiar with
9 the process under which a subscriber could obtain a
10 consumer report from TransUnion?
11 A Yes.
12 Q And you're also somewhat familiar with the
13 process that a consumer can request a disclosure
14 from TransUnion?
15 A Yes.
16 Q And -- and just so that we're clear,
17 TransUnion uses the -- the phrase "disclosure" to
18 describe a copy of a credit -- what we generally
19 term a credit report that is provided to a consumer?
20 A Correct.
21 Q Is that a fair characterization?
22 A Yes.
23 Q And then a subscriber would request a
24 report from a -- from the credit reporting agency,

1 TransUnion, and it would -- it could be termed a
2 subscriber version report?
3 A Yes.
