Automatic addition of Plaintiff's social security number to file of another consumer with similar name was inaccuracy which constitutes violation of 1681e(b) since duty to insure maximum possible accuracy arises with every addition of data. Lowry v. Credit Bureau, Inc., 444 F.Supp. 541 (U.S.D.C. N.D. Ga. 1978); 15 U.S.C. 1681e(b), 1681o(1). See R. Smith, "A Look Inside a Credit Bureau's Operation," Privacy Journal, Vol.22, No.6, p.5 (April 1996).
