In the preparation of each consumer report, the consumer reporting agency must maintain reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy of the information in each report at the time the report is prepared. Houston v. TRW Informational Services, Inc., 707 F.Supp. 689 (U.S.D.C. S.D. N.Y. 1989).
