ATTORNEY'S FEES:

Attorney's fee awards under Truth-In-Lending Act must reflect current rates, i.e., rates that prevailed when the work was done. Varner v. Century Fin. Co., 738 F.2d 1143 (C.A. Ga. 1984); Mares v. Credit Bureau of Raton, 801 F.2d 1197 (10th Cir. 1986)[N.M.].
