User Denies Benefit In Whole/Part on Report: 1681m

If a creditor, employer or insurer, i.e., a "user" of a consumer report denies credit, etc., to a consumer wholly or in part based on a consumer report then they must disclose the source of the adverse data per 15 U.S.C. 1681m. Fischl v. GMAC, 708 F.2d 143 (5th Cir. 1983).
