Creditor denying consumer credit complied with 15 U.S.C. 1681m by disclosing agency's name and address. Creditor need not list intermediate reporting agencies through which it obtained report, as long as source of adverse data was disclosed. Morrissey v. TRW Credit Data, 434 F.Supp. 1107 (U.S.D.C. N.Y. 1971).
