SET AN AMOUNT OF STIPULATED DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF RELEASE

Postby Administrator » Sun Dec 04, 2005 11:53 am

Put it in writing....if you violate the settlement terms in the release, then you owe me stipulated damages, plus all [not just "reasonable"] attorneys' fees, litigation expenses, costs, etc. Stipulate, for ex., a sliding scale upward for each violation [$1,000 - first violation; $2,000 - second violation, etc.] or simply flat sums [$5,000 per violation].

Make them put their money where their mouth is.
