Consumer's claim against credit reporting agency, alleging that inaccurate credit report resulted in consumer's losing employment opportunities, is denied summarily, because although there is evidence of inaccuracies, there is no evidence that any employer rejected consumer based upon credit reports agency issued. Pettus v. TRW Consumer Credit Serv., 879 F.Supp. 695 (U.S.D.C. W.D. Tex. 1994).
