Likewise, to prevail on her request for injunctive relief, plaintiff is required to plead and prove, inter alia, “a substantial likelihood of success on the merits.” DSC Commc'ns Corp. v. DGI Techs., Inc., 81 F.3d 597, 600 (5th Cir.1996). Plaintiff's failure to do so warrants summary judgment.
