Amended pleadings are to be granted freely

According to F.R.C.P. Rule 15(a)(2), amended pleadings are to be granted freely
when justice requires. Winnett v. Saline County Jail, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 13937 (E.D.
Ark. Feb. 25, 2008), Lambert v. Beverly Enterprises, Inc., 753 F. Supp. 267 (W.D. Ark.
1990) Foman v. Davis, 371 U.S. 178, 9 L. Ed. 2d 222, 83 S. Ct. 227 (1962).
