James M. “Jim” Feagle

James M. “Jim” Feagle practices consumer litigation in the state of Georgia. His practice is located in Decatur and  focuses primarily on credit litigation and unfair collection practices.  He has represented clients all over the state of Georgia.  He has filed hundreds of successful consumer rights cases against banks, credit reporting agencies, credit card companies and debt collectors. Most of his cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.  He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and a charter member of the consumer law section of the State Bar of Georgia.  He has volunteered to speak to consumer groups regarding these matters and has engaged in much pro bono work over the last 15 years to advance consumer rights.  He graduated from Emory University in Atlanta with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Philosophy in 1988 and received his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 1991.  He is admitted to practice in all of the state Courts of Georgia and also the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
