Thomas Lyons, Sr., Esq., Biography

Thomas J. Lyons from St. Paul, Minnesota is an attorney with over 37 years of experience. Thomas Lyons' practice has focused on the "rights of the consumer" dealing with illegal debt collection practices, accurate and complete credit reporting, identity theft, invasion of privacy, truth in lending act and wrongful repossession litigation.

He also has extensive experience in class action cases involving usury, salvaged vehicles, retailed installment contract fraud, odometer fraud and consumer fraud. Thomas Lyons continues representing families and children against insurance companies, drunk and careless drivers and others who cause serious injury and death to innocent persons in the area of automobile accidents, no-fault law, legal malpractice, government malpractice and wrongful death.
