Thomas J. Lyons, Jr. is a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the States of Minnesota, North Dakota, Arizona and the President of the Consumer Justice Center P.A. His practice is dedicated exclusively to protecting consumers’ rights and fighting against illegal debt collection practices, inaccurate credit reporting, identity theft, invasions of privacy, and wrongful repossession.

In 1996 after graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School, Lyons Jr. opened his law practice the Consumer Justice Center. Lyons Jr. has recovered millions of dollars for consumers nationwide while successfully litigating in excess of 1000 cases in federal court. He has been certified as lead counsel in several national and state consumer protection class actions.

The Consumer Justice Center P.A. and Lyons Jr. have established a leadership role in national consumer rights litigation and forged new levels of protection in the debtor/creditor and credit reporting industries.
