Joseph P. Lisiecki III

Joseph P. Lisiecki III is a trial attorney who represents those who have been injured or wronged. His practice focuses on helping the victims of serious injury. Mr. Lisiecki's consumer practice provides representation to individuals disputing credit errors on their credit report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and helping consumers who are being harassed by creditors and are entitled to the protections afforded under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Lisiecki strives to achieve social justice for those who need representation and he takes most of his cases on a contingency fee basis. Mr. Lisiecki provides representation throughout Southern California to include San Diego County, Riverside County, and Orange County. His Oceanside office is conveniently located to those consumers in Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, La Jolla, Escondido, and other Southern California cities. Mr. Lisiecki grew up in Chicago, Illinois and earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the Northern Illinois University located in Dekalb, Illinois. He received his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School also located in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Lisiecki served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate for 7 years leaving active duty holding the rank of Major. While on active duty, he served as a Legal Assistance Attorney, Prosecuting Trial Counsel, Defense Counsel, Senior Defense Counsel, and Review Officer.
Currently, Mr. Lisiecki holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Lieutenant Colonel Lisiecki is certified in accordance with Articles 27(b) 42(a) & (c) and is certified and serves as a General & Special Court Martial Military Judge.
