Hall v. Harleysville Insurance Co., 943 F.Supp. 536 [U.S.D.C. E.D. Pa. 1996]
Workers' compensation claimant and his wife brought action against workers' compensation carrier, detective agency, and others, alleging violations of FCRA and Pennsylvania common law prohibiting invasion of privacy, arising from carrier's alleged use of credit reports in workers' compensation litigation. The Court held that: [1] appropriate hourly rates were $190 for lead attorney, $100 for associate attorney, and $50 for support staff.
